Move Project Window out of main Window?

Am I missing something? I have double monitors, and can move the properties window, view window, and command window outside the main VFP window on to my second monitor.
I'd like to move the project window too...but can't...it only docks to the toolbar. Is this um...by design, or am I overlooking something?
