Then you can use the SqlDataAdapter and SqlCommandBuilder to send the changes to Sql Server.
Or then you cn parse the datatable and call a SP or generate your own Inserts, deletes and Updates.
But the easies if the fields name and table names in SQL are the same as your datatable it to use the SqlCommandBuilder and the SqlDataAdapter
