Hi jim,

That might happen if you have a local profile and the other users have roaming profiles and therefore temp tables are stored on the network.

If that is not the case I would analyze the network traffic with filemon from www.sysinternals.com. It allows you to see what tableinfo goes across the network and how much time it costs.
