>VFP9 is not localizsed for korean language so most of users should buy English version. MS korea is just one of the importer for VFP9 as a MS branch but their local price is very higher than in USA.

According me this is not correct, because we tested developed by us VFX how will work with korean version of VFP and WinXP OS.
Acoording MS distribution rules you have rights to buy only from distributor choosen by MS Korea on prices set by MS for korean market. Other is illegal
