You nerds probably never even played football.<g> I played, and we spat on each other, kicked, bit, clawed, and anything else we could get away with! Football is NOT a gentleman's game and it amazes me that people get upset with all this. Think Dick Butkus, Ray Nitsche, LT, etc. etc. etc. didn't do all the aforementioned? Think again!<g>

I was a receiver, and also played hockey, for several years as a teen - spitting NEVER took place. (Almost everything else did, but not spitting).
