I don't read the volkskrant and I've not heard this at all. As for the netherlands sinking, that is news to me as well, there are certain areas that are sinking because of using the natural gas reserve, but that is all I know off.
As in any country, we've got our share of nutcases who will believe this kind of nonsense.
