No way to tell unless you know what's in the patch. I see that subsequent posts zero in on gdiplus so I would guess that this is an "all hands" alert since gdiplus is in a lot of ms products so each one broadcasts this as an alert. My guess is that it's probably safe to do nothing if your clients computers are hooked into Windows Update.
