I'll add a second view where.
All drugs should be legal is you are of voting age. If you want to smoke crack its up to you. Why should the government need to get involved. Recreational drugs can be controlled by price through taxation. At a stroke the main source of crime in the western world would be eliminated and John could go back to shooting people for not paying parking tickets (that last bit is a joke)
