Rotating at 180 degrees

This must be a very simple thing to do. But, whenever I want to rotate a layer at 180 degrees, I have to cut & paste into LView Pro, use this simple option, and cut & paste it back into Photoshop. There must be a way to do that from Photoshop. Anyone would know?
