I think I finally figured what causes the problem/error shown below. Once in a while when I turn on my PC Comodo reports that ReportingServices is trying to connect to Internet (or something to that extend). I usually click on Deny. And after that I cannot access my SQL Server until I reboot. Does it make sense?
