Daytona is an event. It's worth watching even as a casual fan, as a non tennis buff might watch Wimbledone or a non soccer buff might watch the World Cup. (Three months to go!)

The thing I have never figured out about Daytona is why NASCAR starts out with the biggest race of the year.
