I've seen a lot of anti-Obama comments regarding this, but it's my understanding that this policy is only a continuation of a policy implemented under GWB. Didn't GWB deadline 2000 nukes while Obama is only doing the same for 200? Isn't the real difference publicly stating in a doctrine (thus enforcing it) when and if those weapons will be considered for use?
