You may be misinterpreting his query -- I don't think he's asking about changing the icon on the preview window or the report toolbar. What I believe he was asking is how to add a JPG image to one of the bands (probably the header) -- in that case it's simply a matter of dropping in an picture control, then specifying the filename (rather than copy/paste as he was attempting). In any case, he figured out by himself what he needed to do.
