Hi
We have a client who is looking to install a Phone System (Small business about 10 extensions)
They require functionality where an incoming Phone Number can be trapped, and fed to a routine/method which searches the database for the incoming phone number
Some people have mentioned TAPI, but also said they this is old technology
The database app is using C# and Sql
Has anybody come across any phone system that does this
