Hi,
I am not sure that this forum is the right one for the following question. But I could not think of another one.
I am looking for a way to have a VM server and install a copy of SQL Express with my database. Such that I can connect to this SQL Server as well as any other person(s) that has the credentials. The database is not very large and therefore SQL Express will be sufficient. But I don't know how to create/set/purchase such a VM. I don't mind paying for this VM on monthly basis (provided it is a reasonable).
Any suggestions? TIA
