The ACA was lousy policy and was poorly implemented, but the macro forces holding back the economy - and the boneheaded refusal by the repubs to spend money on infrastructure and other projects that would have stimulated demand- far outweigh any effect the ACA might have had.
What are you talking about? I seem to remember that when Obama first got into office they passed nearly a trillion dollars worth of stimulus spending to do exactly that. I also seem to remember seeing Obama laughing about the fact that "Shovel Ready" wasn't quite as shovel ready as they had initially believed. Quite frankly, I did not find this as amusing as he did. I work hard for my money and do not like it when the government throws my tax dollars into the toilet.
