I am with you. What I don't like about this new UI is that the more than an 1" (height) of top of the browser (my screen) is taken by a band with the UT logo. So it leaves much less for seeing the message tree and the messages themselves. If there were a way to get rid of the top band with the logo, it would be so nice.
