Recently my computer has begun notifying almost daily it is running out of memory. Taskmanager shows the biggest consumers are Firefox, BackupAssist, Windows Explorer and there are others in the hundreds of megabytes category. Wonder why this seems to have come on suddenly. Virus? Change to windows?

Would appreciate any suggestions.
