All four grandparents were born in Ireland, Nicholas.
My father was the oldest of 11 children.
When the Fitzes got together for a St Pat's party, things got pretty lively.
My late wife's family came from Bavaria.
Once they saw how much fun the Irish have on St Pat's, all the Germans joined in the fun and we had some memorable bashes.
