I have tried slowstart on two different 400 MHz Pentium II's under NT 4 and
it does NOT work.
Finaly, I found stress utility from MS site. This isdesigned for testing system for SQL server.
It slows down computer properly, but this
was very inconvenient since it slows down properly only during some time
interval of its work.
