Well, the difference, with respect to preciseness is that the Greek loogie would hit it's mark whereas the English one would, well, hit one and all. *g* If I get into a loogie fight I want accuracy. *bg* I've been in a couple of them when I was a lad of about 6. *g*
That gutteral sound is hard for us but not for the trained tongue.
I do agree that we westerners have trouble with languages such as Greek but that's a different issue I'd think.
