I've noted that some help files (Common Dialogs ActiveX control comes to mind) do have, but most don't. I can understand why, from a VC++ perspective the reason why the values aren't included, since you need to use the include file anyway. With a COM object? A hyperlink would be the best possible solution, but having the values would suffice. Afterall, only C++ needs the function prototypes and structure definitions, the rest of the programming world needs the values.
