I don't think "we" need to do anything, except ask the management to post their list. I certainly don't want to get into a debate about which words are to be banned, and I haven't been asked by the management to make suggestions.

They need to make the decision, and we need to abide by it or get kicked out. Simple, wouldn't you agree?
