Everyone knows that if you click on the icon of a running application on the Windows task bar, that application is brought to the top. FWIW, I just discovered that if you click on the task bar icon of the top task, that app is minimized and the previous top app is brought to the top. Is this a "Duh!" or is it widely known? Win98 SE here, BTW.
