I have a remote view called MyView (none of the view fields have a default value nor does the base table). I use the view, then 'append blank', then browse the view.

In the brow any fields with a Integer datatype show a 0 in the browse. I tableupdate and look at the base table and the field has .null. If I type 0 in the field and tableupdate the base table has a 0

Shouldn't the view show .null.? How would I tell if the view has .null.?

TIA
