Hi Chris,
You won't be able to do what you want using Win95 because 95 won't act as a router. You can have the same setup and use NT to route TCP/IP from an internal network to your external (ISDN) network. If your ISDN connection is a static IP address then it is very easy. If you get a dynamic IP address from your ISP then you have to install something like Proxy server to route.
