We are using the Stonefield sfmapi control to email enable our app. When we have a user that has Outlook installed, but not yet set up, the signon() starts the outlook setup wizard. If the user cancels the wizard, we crash with an "invalid file or path" error. Where and what do we trap to exit the wizard gracefully?
