>Not really VFP related but I need to setup a formula (macro?) in Excel where if a user enters a number greater than 0 it puts a date the number was entered (like today) in the next column in the same row. Anyone have any suggestions? TIA.

I never tried that myself. If you could formulate it in Excel VFP systnax would be :
oExec.Activeworkbook.Activesheet.Range('B:B').Cells.Formula = ...
