When you write set printer to name "Fax", you assume that there actually is, in that specific workstation, a printer named "Fax". My guess is your clients are using some Fax software other than Microsoft Fax . In that case, you should check in the Printers folder what's the name of the fax printer and change it in your command. For instance, if they're using Winfax, you should write instead: set printer to name "WinFax".
