Hello,
I created a program that will do this, if you want it. In the setup wizard, you indicate that you want this program to be the post-setup executable, and it asks you if you want to make a shortcut to whatever .APP's or .EXE's you may have included in your project. Leave your email address if you want it ( full source included ).
