Disjointed rollover is web design lingo...

Basically all it means is when I mouse over this object something happens elsewhere on screen - be it an image appearing or whatever! - a disjointed rollover - as oppose to a Lottery rollover whereby you buy twice as many tickets as you normally would and still someone elsewhere wins!!!
