In the first approximation, you can prepare the HTML header, then just replace @say n1,n2 with < br >< br >. So, you produce HTML, where each @say .. would appear on the next string. Probably, not that you want. Then you can try to parse it more carefully, analazing, if row changed or not, etc. This was just my idea, I'm not sure, it's quite easy to implement too, but seems to be easier, than create a report from @SAY...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
