Renoir,
Sorry for the delay on this - I hope it didn't upset anything for you. SCO-Fox is the UNIX-based Fox that was available back in the beginning of time. All their reports used "FRM" files instead of the more modern FRX/FRT files. I don't know, but I think that was the case with the original FoxBase also.
Anyway, conversion turned out to be simple into VFP6. The Convert.Exe worked when I learned how all the parameters worked. The syntax was
do convert with 'MyRpt.FRM', 'REPORT', '2.0', .t.
I added a loop which ran through all the FRM files in the folder and for each one I added Chr(13)+Chr(13) to automate the responses.

I've just run across an application that I need to revise that uses these FRM files and until I read your post I had no idea what format they were. What is SCO-Fox and do I need to get a special version of Foxpro other than DOS 2.6 to modify and compile these? If so, were the other app files likely written in another version as well? Just concerned that I will cause damage I can't repair. Thanks!
