OUCH!!
Yes, they do try and make it seem simple. I think that when I did it, I installed WinProxy first, then ZoneAlarm, but it was a while ago. Can you wait until next week or do you have things set for now?
What is the set up you are using? Win98, NT, 2000?

>OK, versions match with what I attempted. Their KB article makes it seem like magic. It was not. After installing ZoneAlarm, and not touching any configuration, I started WinProxy. Took forever to launch, kept complaining about ports being used/controlled/etc. by another application. I ended up killing the proxy and ZoneAlarm, restarting the proxy and everything looked normal. However, I could not see the proxy from the network. A reboot left me with no network connectively whatsoever. I uninstalled ZoneAlarm, rebooted, and got things back to "normal". Definitely not Plug and Play as I was led to believe.
