No, it's unmanaged. That comment was a little inaccurate. The TLBIMP will generate some code to allow a .VFP. mtdll to communicate with .NET. This is pure "Interop", not native .NET at all. But, it is an easy way to build applications for .NET, such as in ActiveVFP...
