I started dBase IV in 91 and FoxPro in 94(?) when I first saw FPW at TechEd in Orlando. The fact that 1) it's design surfaces were converted to code with plain FoxPro code instead of the extremely arcane template language that dBase used and 2) it had a Windows version I switched to FoxPro.
