Hi. I'm trying to get an idea of business objects best practices, with emphasis in the BO class design, not on how to map BOs into the real world.

1) What are the PEMs of the BO you use? What would be ideal PEMs? What tradeoffs exist in different approaches.
2) Is is possible/acceptable/bad idea to use business objects created in a different language than the consumming language. I don't mean VB.NET and C# but for example create BOs in VFP and use them in .NET.
