There's a lot you can do with SPX Graphic Editor or SPX Annotation Studio after you take the screenshot, or, in fact, with any image, but you can't create boxes and we don't have a software for doing that.

Years ago, if you were a registered customer with www.tucows.com, they provided a free package for creating boxes. You can ask them if it's still available. I'll ask them as well.
