You could make invisible everything on the page, or make the page disabled, depending on how secretive you want to be.

Thanks for your thoughts. My goal was to simply hide admin only pages that didn't apply to the standard user. The problem with users seeing a disabled tab is that as soon as they know they're not allowed to see it, they want to see it :)
