XP provides FC (file compare) utility. Its weak, but may give you enough info to get started.

Finally, I would pack both tables before comparing. You might also want to sort these tables somehow (using backup versions) so that the file compare feedback is more meaningful.

Your idea of a quick and dirty VFP utility to compare class library sounds like another way to go.
