I have a Codemine app with around 51 concurrent users. 3 users (they could be the high volume users) reports that several times a day, they will switch back to my app and get a error message:

Program Error

Error reading file
\\worldwide\sys\apps\fci2\prod\datam\appreg01.dbf.

______Cancel_________________Ignore____Help


They report that they can't do anything and must Ctrl+Alt+Del and End Task.

I cannot recreate the error. Any ideas on how to stop this, or trap it, or ?
