Users are disgruntled by the arbitrary "Book13" or whatever that is displayed by Excel when it is opened and requested a more meaningful display.

oexcel.ActiveWorkbook.Name = "Test"

gives me "OLE error code 0x8002000e: Invalid number of parameters." error, so I figured it was my improper usage.
