Yes. Either through OleDB or ODBC doing queries normally as you would with any other remote database or using the program DBC2MDB here in the download section (Download ID: 9847).

All data tables and indices are in one big file (extension MDB). Its limit is 2GB as in one table for VFP.

How many records? I don't know as I don't really use it but it will start to become slow when the number of records/concurrent users starts to increase.
