He's confusing Revelation (a religious book) and music (Handel's Messiah) with the law of the land. Maybe he needs to take a civics class.

One caveat:

In private religious schools they can do as they please. As long as they are not funded with tax money and as long as the parents agree to whatever they do or teach to their children, that should be fine.
