Hi Tore :)

Absolutely not.

Here are some of my (some of them personal) reasons ;

- VFP6/SP5 applications are mature, stable and fulfilling purposes.

- Potential troubles upgrading clients to VFP9
In my inhouse case is less of trouble, but how about those with
between 50 and 500++ different client sites ?

- Potential troubles with code itself, aldough I don't think this is realy big problem.

- I realy like having Setup inside my VFP box vs InstallShieldExpress
(This is total loss)

- Not enough real life gains in upgrading to anything less then VFP9.
Even there, major improvement - reporting, is still falling short
behind tools like XFRX for instance.

- Negative propaganda about VFP future.
Many people are investing time in exploring other tools rather then investigating feasibility and upgrading to VFP9.
In the meanwhile VFP6/sp5 - still does the job.

Despite all this, my prediction is that who ever stays with VFP, will
jump soon to VFP9/SP1 and stay there, until another right babe (like VFP is now) come arround :)
