I have had several instances of scrambled data while other users have been working on the application. I can't get a good read on what was happening when the data changed from English to odd symbols. It has happened in different tables, sometimes with whole records, sometimes with only parts of a single record, once with multiple records. It has also affect different data types. The last instance affected a memo field and some logical fields. Most of the time it has been character fields. Do I need to be more carefull about buffering?
