I am Newbie to .Net and I am having trouble adding a Web Reference to a Solution.

I want to create a DLL to encapsulate calls to a web service.

I have created a solution but when I RightClick references I would expect to see "Add Web Reference" which I have seen in help documents and which I have in a sample solution provided by the WebService company.

However it's not there! how do I "enable" my solution to have the "Add Web Rerefence" option?
