Have an audit table that is archived on a regular bases to a historic table. We are nearing the 2 gig maximum size for this historic table and would like to monitor the size for the fpt table to make sure this archiving process will stop when we reach that limit.

What is the best way to monitor the table size in code so that the limit is not surpassed?
