This is a sentiment echoed by many of the African nation's leadership.

The US has pumped billions into Africa, and many times the warlords stole the food, supplies, and money, then sold the goods to some and starved out others.

How long does the US have to keep propping other countries up? When will these other countries ever start to succeed? Is it our responsibility to keep pouring money into these countries, when they don't know what a bootstrap is?
