I had a contract I could cycle to a couple of years ago. I've never felt fitter. No showers there either. I used to take a change of clothes in a back pack. Plus as you get fitter you'll sweat less. Take it easy on the way to work to keep the heat down then really push it on the way home and hop in the shower when you get there.
